Mr. Ho Ho, treasured member of the D.I.M. family, was involved in a horrific accident and passed away shortly thereafter. Foul play has not been ruled out, awaiting a final report from the medical examiners office. His injuries include, but are not limited to, a dismembered foot and boot, a large fissure up his side and back and scratch marks and bruises that could be interpreted as self defense wounds.
Mr Ho Ho entered our lives on Robert’s 22nd birthday as a gift from Brittany. He immediately filled a void in our garden and our hearts. Daisey was 1 ½ years old at the time and became greatly attached to him, and was primarily responsible for naming him. He lived out his years as a dutiful guardian of the D.I.M. gardens and was a good gnome.
His favorite pastimes were to: ringing the doorbell, waving to casual passersby, smiling, and standing really, really still.
Isaac, eyewitness to the accident, reports that a “little boy” may have thrown Mr. Ho Ho, which directly resulted in the fatal wounds. Be alert, this “little boy” is at large on the loose and could continue on this violent garden gnome killing spree. Vigilance is the order of the day.
Mr. Ho Ho you will be greatly missed. Your wining smile will no longer brighten our garden, but will forever warm our hearts.

It looks like he's waving "good-bye". Oh that is so funny! I hope you catch that "little boy at large." Sometimes I am relieved when things are broken, because they have been in the limbo stage where I don't know where to put them...So I'm glad that when they break I can just throw it away, but I hope you will be able to find another guardian of the garden:)
Again, you have our deepest condolences! His obituary was very well written - you should change professions!!
Poor Mr. Ho Ho. I'm very sorry for your loss.
